Nepal - The Top of the World and the Heart of Asia
When booking, you pay 50% of the tour price, with the remaining 50% payable at the start of the tour.
If you cancel your participation one month before the trip, the prepaid funds will not be refunded. The amount will be deposited, taking into account the expenses incurred, and can be used to select another trip or other available travel dates.
What are the payment terms?
Even if the group is not full, we guarantee that the tour will take place.
What happens if the group is not formed?
Each participant in the trip should carry their own first aid kit. It should take into account your health conditions and doctors' recommendations. If necessary, we will share a list of medications that we take ourselves.
Personal first aid kit for hiking: what to take and why?
Yes, insurance is mandatory — get it before you arrive in Nepal! In case of unforeseen situations, travel insurance will help you save money. When choosing insurance options for trekking, indicate the actual altitude you plan to visit (4550 m on this route) and be sure to include helicopter evacuation.
Do i need insurance?
Throughout the trek, we will eat at mountain lodges located along our route. The menu is quite varied: eggs, chicken, grains, vegetables, desserts. In cities, in addition to national cuisine, there are restaurants and cafés serving European cuisine (we will visit tried and tested places).
What shall we eat?
In cities, we will stay in 4–5* hotels. On the trail, we will stay in tourist shelters — mountain lodges with shared showers and toilets (double occupancy).
Where shall we live?
Two to three months before the trek, focus on cardio training: walk up stairs, swim, ride a bike — this will make it easier to adapt to the mountain terrain. We will send you a detailed programme.
How to prepare for the track?
This route does not require special equipment, but there are certain requirements for clothing. We will send you a list.
What equipment will you need?
This route is of moderate difficulty and is accessible to any healthy person (accessible to children aged 14 and above), but we still recommend consulting your doctor before travelling.
Age restrictions?
No, no special vaccinations are required.
Are any vaccinations necessary?
Yes, a visa is required. It can be obtained upon arrival in Kathmandu. Visa cost: 15 days — $30, 30 days — $50.
Do I need a visa to visit Nepal?
Usually, the best options are flights with a stopover in the UAE and Qatar when departing from Moscow. If you live in another city or country, it doesn't matter: we will help you find the right flight tickets in any case.
